Come learn the basics of a personal, life-long practice, in a course which provides a smooth transition into Mysore BC’s daily morning class!
Geoff and his team will introduce the fundamental techniques of breathing, movement and focus, then combine them into the first steps of the Ashtanga Vinyasa method.
Through by-heart learning, students will gain the skills to sprout the seed of practice in their lives, then confidently nurture its future growth, either at home or in class.
Suitable for All Levels: Beginner and Beyond.
Date and Time: Saturday, September 19th, 9:00am to 11:00am
Fee Options: $45 for the Saturday class only; or $108 for Saturday class plus two weeks of follow-up (morning) classes. 2-for-1 offer applies if you bring a friend.
